omg this sleep paralysis on steroids is scaring me @.@ anatomy is getting to me.. stress levels reaching new high
Its 4:20 am (ohey my favorite time) and I heard a car in my neighborhood leaving for work with some loud music on.. I think?
Well after that car passed I kept hearing things in my house, and outside too.. I’m hearing doors open, footsteps, stuff moving around in the kitchen. I also heard a loud crash outside my window, but I couldn’t bring myself to look outside to see what it was; body was frozen and couldn’t turn my head.
Usually when I get hit by sleep paralysis I hear stuff in my room and loud screams in my headbut not ppl talking in my house… ugh. My head is making simulations of real ppl attacking and not just ghosts now. Scared shitless. I was pretty convinced that a dog ran into my room just before I forced myself awake too..I even saw its shadow as it got on my bed. I never see things during these sleep paralysis attacks :(
