So I was doing cardio after my leg workout (cardio is essential for everyone, regardless of their fitness level, I believe) on the stairmaster. This machines amazing, I wonder why I didn’t use it before. I’m gonna incorporate it into every cardio session.
Anyways, I’m going at a steady 60steps/minute, and I was TIRED. Going up stairs is such a bitch, and I’m breathing...
